We are committed to delivering high quality products and aim to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers. However we do not offer returns or refunds on products that are fulfilled correctly.

When Countryside Curations covers the replacement or refunds the cost.  

We offer replacements under the following circumstances:

Printing Errors: If the print quality does not meet our standards, such as misprints, incorrect colours, or other printing defects. All orders go through a quality assurance test prior to being shipped.

Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.

Lost Orders: If the product does not arrive well after the expected delivery date.

Missing Orders: If the order is lost in transit and the shipping time well exceeds the general shipping time frame, causing a return request. This is typically handled on a case-by-case basis.

When Countryside Curations does not cover the replacement or does not refund the cost. 

You Change Your Mind: If you change your mind or do not like the product printed according to our manufacturer's standards.

Customer Mistakes: If you make any mistakes while ordering your product, such ordering the incorrect size or frame option. If you give us the incorrect address or contact information.

Production and Shipping Times: If the order is still within the specified maximum production and shipping times for the products.

Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking for your order shows delivered, but you have not received the package. (Note: While we understand this can be frustrating, we recommend checking with the carrier and your local postal service. In some cases, we may review this on a case-by-case basis.)

Item is Returned to Sender: If the package is marked as returned to sender due to an incorrect or non deliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package. In many cases, the carrier does not return the package to us. You will be responsible for placing a new order if you would like the item resent.
