At Countryside Curations, we believe beautiful things are worth taking time to make. Each piece in our collection is thoughtfully created by hand in Canada and the USA, produced in small batches with care and intention. Our artwork is never mass-produced, allowing us to maintain the quality, texture, and timeless character we value.

Because of this approach, shipping timelines may vary slightly from order to order. Below is what you can expect when placing an order with us.

Order Processing & Production

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed. Every artwork is individually produced and carefully prepared before shipment. While we aim to meet our estimated timelines whenever possible, occasional extensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work or periods of higher demand. We appreciate your patience and support of hand-made pieces.

Estimated Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines begin once production is complete.

Canada
Orders typically arrive within 2 weeks after production.

United States
Orders typically arrive within 7 business days after production.

All delivery time frames are estimates and may be influenced by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method. All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Delivery

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Countryside Curations cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
